A small number of Cloud Portal users may be unable to access the reporting dashboards on the Cloud Portal. Cloud Operations is investigating and will update this post with more information.
We have identified the problem and have taken corrective actions to correct the problem. The fix will need to still take some time to replicate. We will close the dashboard when everything has caught up.
The cause of the issue has previously been identified and corrected. However this caused a replication backlog that is continuing to process. Only users or new logins created in the past 16 hours will experience any issues related to this. This time frame will continue to shrink as the backlog continues to process and catch up.
Cloud Operations have now confirmed that the replication backlog has caught up and new Cloud Portal users should now be able to access and view the Reporting Dashboard on the Cloud Portal.
